For 1:1 coaching, we typically work together fortnightly, but the real magic happens in the focused work you do between sessions. I recommend 90-minute focused work blocks for implementing what we discuss - this matches how I structure my own productive work time. The 7-week Group Coaching program requires about 2-3 hours per week including the session and implementation.

Everything is tailored to your business needs and current stage.

 While I'm licensed with Entrepreneurs Circle and use their proven EMS system, I also draw on my 25+ years of business experience. If your situation needs advice outside their system, I'll absolutely provide that. It's about what works best for YOUR business, not forcing you into a rigid framework. 

 Both work best when you are 12+ months in business, but here's the difference: 1:1 gives you completely personalized attention for £399  monthly. The 7-week group program (£360  for early participants) covers business gaps, numbers, marketing strategies, and business planning with other Glasgow women entrepreneurs. The Group is perfect if you want community support and proven frameworks; 1:1 is better for complex, unique situations and more in-depth work
